At Mosie & Furl we want you to be 100% HAPPY with your product and we hope you do love it and wear it all the time! However if for any reason you are unhappy with your product we have put together a few policies to help make sure your experience with us is a good one.
SHIPPING POLICY
As soon as your item is packed it will be popped in the post and be on its way to you or the recipient. The Delivery cost in the United Kingdom is Tracked 48: £3.70 or Tracked 24: £4.50. The Package is sent from Royal Mail and you will be able to track your order via the Royal Mail website. Please note that this service does not offer a delivery date so I cannot be held responsible if your package takes longer.
RETURN& EXCHANGE POLICY
R E T U R N S
If you are not 100% happy, the returns policy is 14 days from the time you receive your item, if 14 days has passed then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. In order for you to return your item, it must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unmarked. Once we have received your item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition. A refund will then be issued back to the account used to pay for the item; we cannot refund items to a different card.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning the item, please contact us to arrange a refund by emailing mosieandfurl@gmail.com and we will provide you with the relevant information. When returning the item please ensure you have proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost on return.
E X C H A N G E S
If you receive your item and it is not the correct size we're happy to offer an exchange to be sent out to you. Please email mosieandfurl@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is taken through PayPal or using a debit or credit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment, simply checkout as a guest. Your item will not be made until I have received the payment through PayPal or via credit or debit card.
